LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY

For me, photographing landscapes is therapeutic. It gives me a small window of time to escape the hustle and bustle of this life and experience freedom; freedom to be one with the world and appreciate all the beauty and wonder it has to offer.  It reminds me of how small I am and how precious life is.  Sometimes I can't believe how blessed I am to live in a place where this much splendor is right at my back door. There is an innate need in me to capture these things and share them with others who may need a little reminder that life is beautiful and fleeting. We all need to take a little more time to pause and appreciate what we have right in front of us every day. We just have to slow down long enough to see it.
